A rug isn’t just beautiful when it leaves the factory. It’s beautiful when it survives a year of retail foot traffic, when it maintains color under showroom lighting, and when customers recognize the quality the moment they touch it. That consistency comes from decisions we make long before production begins.
Our design team studies what sells in Melbourne versus what moves in London, then creates collections that feel regional while remaining scalable. Vertical integration means we control every stage, from yarn selection through backing application, so quality isn’t inspected in, it’s engineered throughout.
Third-party certifications including OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, and SA8000 confirm what our customers already know: we build rugs that don’t just look premium, they perform that way.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of rugs and carpets do you make?
We make woven and tufted rugs and carpets at our facilities in Panipat, India. This covers flatweave, hand-tufted and machine-tufted styles, in area rugs, runners and custom sizes for retail ranges.
What is the difference between woven and tufted rugs?
Woven rugs are made on a loom, one yarn at a time, so they are hard-wearing and hold detailed patterns well. Tufted rugs are made by pushing yarn into a backing, which is quicker to produce and allows softer, deeper textures. We make both, so one range can use woven styles at the top and tufted styles in the core.
Can you design rugs for us, or do we send our own?
Both, and you can also choose from our catalogue. Our design team can create original rug designs for your market, produce designs you send us, or adapt styles from our existing range. We handle samples and changes at every step.
Do you have an in-house design team?
Yes. We have a dedicated design team that creates rug and carpet designs in-house. They follow the colours and styles that sell in each market we serve, including Australia, the UK, Europe and the USA, so the designs suit buyers in your region.
Do you offer private label rugs?
Yes. We make private label rugs and carpets to your designs and specifications, ready for your own branding and packaging.
How long have you been making rugs and home furnishings?
We have manufactured home furnishings since 1996. We have grown to a workforce of more than 900 people across 1.2 million square feet, with the experience to run both detailed and large retail programmes.
Where are your rugs and carpets made?
We make them in Panipat, Haryana, India, across three facilities covering 1.2 million square feet. We run the full process in-house, from yarn to the finished, packed rug.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the construction, design and yarn. Simple tufted ranges have lower minimums than fine woven or fully custom designs. Send us your range and target volumes and we will confirm the minimum for each item.
Can you handle large retail volumes?
Yes. We are set up to take on orders of any size. We weave on 50 shuttle-less looms and 110 power looms, and tuft on wide 560-needle machines, with capacity in place so we can scale as your orders grow.
What are your lead times?
Lead times depend on the construction, the order size and whether the design is new or a repeat. Tufted ranges are usually faster than fine woven work. We confirm exact timelines when we quote.
Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We make samples first so you can approve the construction, colour and size before the full run. This keeps quality consistent and avoids surprises.
What materials do you use?
We work with wool, cotton, polyester, polypropylene, viscose, jute and recycled yarns. We match the material to your price point and how the rug will be used.
Do you make sustainable or recycled rugs?
Yes. We make rugs from recycled yarns and responsibly sourced cotton, and we hold the Global Recycled Standard. Our facilities run on solar power, which lowers the impact of production.
Which countries do you supply?
We supply retailers in Australia, the UK, Europe and the USA. We have export experience and the right compliance for each market.
Are your rugs and carpets certified?
Yes. Our certifications include OEKO-TEX Standard 100, SEDEX, SA8000, amfori BSCI, BCI and the Global Recycled Standard. These cover product safety, ethical production and recycled content.
How do you check quality?
We check quality at every stage in-house, using our own labs to test yarn, colour and strength. We also approve samples before production and inspect every order before it ships.
How do we start working with you?
Send us your own designs, the catalogue styles you like, or a brief for our design team, along with your sizes and target volumes. We will recommend the right construction and materials, make samples and share a quote. You can reach us through our contact page.
